Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions → The Star People → Cancel. Android: Play Store → Subscriptions → Cancel. Web: email support@thestarpeople.app.

I forgot my password.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

My chart data looks wrong.

Chart accuracy depends on your birth time being correct. Even a few minutes can shift your rising sign or house placements. Double-check your birth certificate if possible. Email us if something still looks off.

The Mirror isn't responding.

This is usually a temporary connectivity issue. Force-close the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, email us with your device type and what you were doing when it stopped responding.

Can I use Star People on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device and your data syncs automatically.

How do I request my data?

Email support@thestarpeople.app with "Data Request" in the subject line. We'll respond within one month.

I was charged after cancelling.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. If you were charged after that date, email us and we'll resolve it promptly.
